My father in-law William Thomas Howell was a Barwell Boy and he embarked at Port Adelaide arriving on the Bendigo on the 9/10/1923. I have searched his records from State Records S.A. and approached the History Trust of S.A. but they do not have a photo of that time of arrival. It was recommended that I ask on this forum if there is some one with a photo that was taken at that time. William was just 15 when he arrived and he did not have an easy time. Cheers Larrybee
